If you’re a Twitterer, Food Network tweeted this morning asking which host would you invite to dinner. I don’t need to tell everyone I replied… Alton Brown
But in case you had any doubts, I said AB
I don’t know if they are trying to get the feel for who is popular on the network or something else, but AB twittering fans should tell them!

I agree that I would pick AB as my number #1 dinner guest…
However…I certainly wouldn't mind having dinner with Aarón Sánchez, (often a judge ob Chopped).
He is major eye candy and seems to have a kind personality and is very knowledgable about cuisine…
not the same as AB, but a good second choice.
I wonder why Aarón Sánchez doesn't have his own show…?
He was the Next Iron Chef, I liked him on there.
I voted for Rachel Ray.
HA! Sorry I had to be naughty there! Bad EB, BAD!!!
Seriously, I voted for AB, I would love the opportunity to cook with him one day. And to be able to thank him for teaching me EVERYTHING I know about cooking!
Boy I had no idea you were one of those dedicated superfans.
For the record, I would pick Brown as my # 1 choice to have dinner with, but I would hope we could go out afterward and have few brown pops and chase some skirt.Do you think Alton would be up for that ?
We could have a blast making fun of all the doofi working at Food Network including his boss, the Martian.
@ Alec Smart… yep I'm one of 'those' fans.
Sorry to deflate your dreams of after dinner plans, Alton wouldn't be up for that.
For the record Mise, it's not really a dream of mine to keep company with Alton. It would be a gas, but I don't lay awake at night wishing for AB to call or anything.
So why wouldn't Alton be up for a little bit of fun ? Do you need to have to your people call his people to hatch a plan ? Or would he rather retire early and catch up on old Escoffier transcripts ?
I'm sure Alton would be up for some fun, just not the chasing skirt part… he's a family man.
